Q. Is ComfyWalk one size fits all?
A. Yes, they are. We have 2 sizes. One size for Women and one size for Men. Wecarefully designed and tested ComfyWalk to fit men and women universally.
Q. What kind of conditions do ComfyWalk insoles treat?
A. ComfyWalk insoles help to treat a variety of foot, knee, lower back, leg and hip conditions. You can learn more on our Pain Management page.
Q. How long do ComfyWalk insoles last?
A. ComfyWalk insoles were made to last at least 12 months with regular use. They should be replaced within this time frame or at the first sign of wear.
Q. How Do I clean my ComfyWalk insoles?
A. You can wash ComfyWalk insoles by hand or in a washing machine on a cold-temperature setting. They should be left to air-dry; they cannot be machine-dried.
Q. What if my the insoles in my shoes are not removable? Can I still use ComfyWalk insoles?
A. ComfyWalk insoles should be placed over a shoe’s existing insole as long as the shoe is still comfortable and does not feel too tight. Any insole or orthotic that is not full-length should be placed on top of your shoe’s existing insole.
Q. Will my health insurance cover the cost of my ComfyWalk insoles?
A. ComfyWalk insoles are not covered by insurance at this time.

A. When it comes to pain, there’s no time to wait. ComfyWalk strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, it will be shipped out the following business day. Any delay in the shipping process will be posted to our website. We use amazon as our fulfillment service and our products will be shipped to you via an amazon branded box. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

A. No. ComfyWalk was designed to slip right into any shoe, sneaker or high heel.

A. While ComfyWalk was not designed to specifically help with bone spurs, they can help alleviate the pain from this issue due to its ability to cushion your foot and absorb shock when walking or running.
Q. Do they help with Athlete’s Foot?
A. Yes! ComfyWalk is copper infused which is anti – microbial.
